“Admittedly, I had never sought Kinesiology therapy until I seen Sarah and I was unsure of what to expect. Now I look forward with anticipation for our sessions, as it is always fascinating what comes up. Over the course of my sessions, Sarah has helped with specific site pain; stress; limiting beliefs and limiting daily actions.
Some of these problems I thought were part of my personality and traits that I would always have to endure. As it turns out, they don’t have to be and Sarah has been able to uncover the triggers and bring balance into my life that I never thought possible. In terms of site pain the benefits of kinesiology has been immediate.
